I am an Expressive Arts Therapist/Educator. I earned a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University with certificates in Women’s Studies and Peace Studies. I have completed courses and workshops in Restorative Practice, Trauma Informed Practice, Expressive Arts Therapy. After twenty years experience in higher education and community engagement, I am currently the director of The Journey Home a program for women who are currently or have been incarcerated. Since Covid 19 has limited my work inside the local jail, I am dedicating my time creating an open community space for healing in this time of uncertainty.
